I can't believe I've already been nominated for something! I am delighted and honoured. Might do some jokes now about pea-ness to show what kind of commenting I mainly do, though
Oh dear... I have a genuine tear in my eye for you James. We are all feeling the loss - get the damn thing fixed for Chrissakes! Otherwise I'm sure Cleve would lend you his blog for a while because it's not like he uses it much!
Ha ha blog sharing like telephone line sharing in the war. I once read a biography of Joan Crawford and apparently the person who she shared the phone line with used to get yelled at if she ever tried to use it.
Er... my parents had a party-line in their newbuild house and that was quite some time after the war. My brother and I used to listen in to the neighbours conversations and interject nonsense at various points which didn't endear us to the neighbours but still makes me laugh.
Cor I never knew that it went on here too. I am totally fascinated now. HOw come there is no famous novel where this is part of the solution of the murder mystery?
I tell you what, this whole partyline digression just demonstrates that Arabella and I are the kings of commenting and should win this joint-ways like
Gotta be, Emma T

ReplyDeleteI second that
ReplyDeleteI would second that.
ReplyDeleteAnother vote for Emma T
ReplyDeleteI'll vote for Emma - hoping she is hosting another summer show this year
ReplyDeleteA vote for Yolanda-E here. I love her funny pithy comments on blogs, she doesn't stand for any nonsense! LOL!
ReplyDeleteMark D from Otter Farm is quite hot (as a commenter).
ReplyDeleteI'd like to vote for EmmaT and also Mr A-S (is this allowed?)
ReplyDeleteEmmaT for me!
ReplyDeleteAnybody voting for me will be met with much love: especially as I am suffering from a broken blog.
ReplyDeleteSniff.
