Britain's Got Talent

Don't despair, there's not a man with trousers "a bit tight under the armpits", Piers Moron, or the former Mrs Les Dennis in sight.

Unlike them, we are not interested in showcasing the delusional for cheap laughs, but rather solely in deciding who has the talent.

Ladies and Gents, shoulders back, chins out......wait for it, wait for it......a big shout for the Best British Blog!!

  6. I'd also go for Victoria's Backyard and very much agree with Parnippery's choices. I would also add:
    Baklava Shed Coalition
    The Sea of Immeasurable Gravy

  18. I was just about to do that - I was literally just logging in to say - Zoe hasn't done her blog so regularly lately (for obvious reasons) but I LOVE HER BLOG and her pictures.

  19. For me on this one the answer has to be Blackpitts. There are plenty of blogs out there which make me happy to read, which calm my heart rate, which make me feel warm and grateful feelings to their owner for existing, for putting so much love into something which earns them nothing.

But when I see Blackpitts come up as a new entry on Google Reader, that's the one which makes me drop whatever I'm doing to see what he has written. Everybody blogging deserves a prize for everything they do, because it's such a generous gift to all us readers, but James's is just... for me, the most exciting. I just feel excited, like I'm getting something really valuable completely for free. To me, that makes it no 1.

  20. Yes Emma, it's like getting a lovely present isn't it?

  21. Hmm, this is tricky, but I have to agree with EmmaT - I will happily drop whatever I am doing to read the ramblings of James - his wit and knowledge combined makes wonderful reading.
but, arabella sock makes me laugh so hard it hurts, so I hereby vote for both please.
